Abu Dhabi and Dubai have risen as the top two most tax-friendly cities in the world in the newly released 2025 Tax-Friendly Cities Index, defeating 162 other global competitors. The report by Multipollutant, Wealth Report 2025: The Taxed Generation, has shown that not only has the UAE led the pack in providing favourable taxation regimes, but also, it has shown remarkable investor confidence, legal predictability and economic development.
The UAE strengthens its role as a tax haven and a wealth migration hotspot in the world with Abu Dhabi at the top (1) and Dubai right behind at the second spot in the list (2) in 2025.
